Required Approval of the ACC
Changes, additions or removals to anything on the exterior of residences or to landscaping require approval of the ACC prior to implementation. Here are just a few examples-
Lighting
Paving
Window Replacement
New addition to your house
Construction of a Barn or Garage
Roofing
Siding
Decks
Painting
Landscaping additions or removals
Fencing

Replacement of an existing, previously approved exterior item with no change in color, material, texture or shape is viewed as maintenance and does not require approval. However, if you do not have documentation of prior approval, please contact the management office before commencing.
Re-application of an unapproved material or color constitutes a new violation and will be pursued accordingly.
If your project involves noticeable exterior work, please notify the ACC of the replacement or maintenance under way so we are aware of the project.
